Court Filings Please provide instructions as to what documents need to be filed in which court, and any special instructions such as delivering copies to judges' chambers, fees, opposing counsel service, deadlines, and how you'd like your endorsed copies returned.
Please provide sufficient copies for filing, and a copy or face page to return endorsed. If you can't send sufficient copies, we can make copies for you. We charge 25¢ per page to receive faxes, to print pages from e-mail, and to copy pages.
Most courts, including Marin Superior, close at 4 p.m.. We need time to receive and prepare your filing. Court assignments received after 3 p.m. are subject to a Late Rush charge.
